Janhavi Desai
Oversees all work and compliances at the HQ, handles external partnerships, and ensures our books and operations are always smooth and streamlined. Transitioning from an SBA volunteer in 2023 to a key leadership role, Janhavi is very cheerful and brings an amazing energy to the organization.
Bravely intervened and fought off an abusive father to shield and protect a vulnerable young girl who had escaped.
Aashrith Hemanth Kumar
Looks after our internship programs, volunteer community, and HR operations while overseeing legal work, including courts, FIRs, and procedures for victims. A dedicated volunteer since 2023 who joined full-time, Aashrith is a dependable pillar who is always there in need.
Firmly took on and argued with a senior police officer who was delaying an urgent FIR, ensuring it was registered and justice delivered.
Tejaswini Mahadeva
Head of casework at the HQ and proficient in legal work, Tejaswini visits police stations to help people, particularly women, get justice. She also verifies city resources like orphanages and shelters to coordinate donation drives, doing it all with a smile and true passion for social work.
Spent an entire month on the ground physically inspecting and verifying a citywide database of shelter, elder care, and orphan relief resources.
Poorna Shetty
Our Admin Manager looking after day-to-day accounting and compliance work at the HQ. Poorna manages budgeting and procurement for everything we need to function, making sure our finances and operations always move forward smoothly.
Hit the ground running this year to establish structured financial accountability, seamless procurement, and tight budget controls across HQ operations.
Kruthika S Gadwal
Heads our mental health department, helping countless people access vital mental health resources and support. A skilled professional counselor, Kruthika provides sessions herself while also supporting our blood donation networks and career guidance programs.
Personally dedicated hundreds of hours of free, confidential psychological counseling to citizens navigating mental health struggles.
Rakesh Mallesh
Mans the front desk, warmly assisting everyone who walks in, while taking care of general operations to ensure the HQ runs right. A soft-spoken, experienced professional who is always careful with details, Rakesh is a kind soul who makes every citizen feel cared for.

Harihar Koirala
Our chef who cooks delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner to keep everything going at the HQ. Having worked in top culinary positions across India and the UK, Chef Harihar brings immense expertise, professionalism, and his characteristic smile and positive energy to our team.
Prepared and served a delicious, hearty feast with immense care for more than 40 residents at a local homeless shelter.
Pritam Pradhan
Housekeeping Associate and everyone's favourite! Pritam makes sure the HQ is always spic and span and everything is in order. With a keen eye on social media trends, he also helps our media teams put great content out there. A very dedicated and beloved pillar of our team.
Kept vigil through a torrential monsoon night to pump out rising floodwaters and save the HQ from disaster.
